Welcome to Trinity Adventure! By booking or participating in any of our trekking, adventure tours, or outdoor experiences, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.

A minimum advance payment (as specified per event) is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid before the trek/event begins.

Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by Trinity Adventure.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or in person.

Verbal cancellations will not be considered valid.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued by cheque within 10 days after the event ends.

Trinity Adventure reserves the right to cancel any event due to weather, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants can choose between a rescheduled date or a refund as per company policy.
3. Health & Fitness Requirements

Participants must be in good physical and mental condition suitable for trekking activities.

Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed during registration.

Trinity Adventure reserves the right to deny participation if a person is deemed unfit for the activity.
4. Risk Acknowledgment

Trekking and adventure activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or accidents.

By joining our events, participants acknowledge these risks and voluntarily accept responsibility.

Trinity Adventure and its team shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the event.
5. Equipment & Conduct

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and trekking gear.

Any damage to company property or misuse of equipment will be charged accordingly.

All participants must adhere to instructions from guides and respect nature and fellow trekkers.
6. Photography & Media

Trinity Adventure may capture photos and videos during events for promotional purposes.

By joining, you grant permission for your image to be used unless you opt out in writing prior to the event.
7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
